If we enter retro one time payments, do we still enter the last date work is completed? Does the effective date affect when payroll will pick up to pay out?

Hi Laurie - yes, if it is retro, you'll enter the last date of work and that will pick up on the retro-payroll.

So, we do not need to change the payroll dates on the one time payment for the current dates?

If you have payments that have been processed, we will work with you to ensure the dates are accurate. If you have specific instances, please email me those so I can review.

Courtney, last time we received merits, compensation end dates were removed. Do you know if comp. end dates will be removed this time?

Hi Julia, yes unfortunately the end dates will be removed due to how the information is populated and the time constraint we have with getting them loaded. However, the Comp team will be manually adding them back so the departments won't have to. We've run reports to capture all of the comp end dates that need to be added
