This 45-minute class will utilize alternating short intense periods of high-intensity exercises with less intense periods of recovery for the ultimate muscular endurance workout. Participants can expect:

Exercises that keep the heart rate high, and challenge cardiovascular capacity
Motivational instructors to push you through several rounds and circuits
