Yoga with Aliza
Our yoga offering focuses on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and mind-body awareness. Our instructors placed emphasis on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control.

Participants can expect:

Slow and controlled movements
A class that emphasizes relaxation and mindfulness of your surroundings
A positive and uplifting environment that encourages acceptance
